Hi,

can anyone, more knowledgeable explain to me what it means when the vehicle is 4B00 bayed? I got an update on 2/3/2022 that vehicle was at code 4200 with an ETA of 3/11, then on 2/14/2022 I got still 4200 code and ETA 3/15, and today I got 4B00 bayed with ETA 3/1. I do not know what to make of it. I asked the salesman at the dealership about the change in event code and ETA and he said "I think it means it's supposed to get here on the 1st" and then went to clarify and said "It may say that but that's only under perfect conditions. Should be 2 to 4 weeks."
Every time I ask about the timeline or when, roughly, we should expect the vehicle to be here, I get the timeline extended further and further. Last time (like almost 2 weeks ago) it was 2-3 weeks, now it's possibly 2-4 weeks..

Anyway, what does that back and forth code/ETA change mean? Thank you

Ask your dealer to send you the VINVIEW screenshot for your VIN. It uses the onstar signal to track real-time location. It’ll show you the location history from the moment it left the factory. I got mine from my dealer late last week and it showed my Yukon was going through St Louis on a train (final destination near Chicago).

I finally got them to show me screenshots of the VINVIEW. Looks like mine is bayed at Long Beach, CA as of 2/22. The ETA still shows as tomorrow but I am not hopeful it will be here anytime soon.

Any ideas of how long a order sits at 3000 (as of 5-6-22) before a TPW is given? Thanks ahead.
