Yes if your going to SC it so it's not all show and no go
That guy on cadillacforums with the white platinum edition is nice huh?
Second thought I would just do it. It looks nice and it's very rare.

All Platinums are nice, but murphy's truck isn't the reason I'm looking at this hood. I actually saw this truck in person a while back when I was driving through Charleston, and stopped at a dealership to deal with an issue, and I remember liking it as it was sitting in the showroom. Pics are gone but here's my post in the 'spotters' thread: http://tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=479932&postcount=2275

Not sure what you mean by 'all show no go' ... it's just a hood.

I just meant like it's an agressive looking hood and if I saw it I would think it was SC'd or had other perforance mods.
But the more I thought about it I just said who cares it's a hood as well which is why edited it. It also came off a little rude as well and I didn't want to make that impression.

I like the hood but with the hood i think there sould be some performance mods to go with it. At least a drop to get a more aggressive look with the hood.

TYF, where a simple hood swap costs $10,000.

It is a great looking hood...... no doubt.

It is just that when people see something like this.... they simply expect more power to be under there. When you tell them that it is all stock..... it seems like a let down.

Then it becomes a accessory.

JMHO. Serge has never been wrong however. He has great taste.

I vote yes but only with a TVS.

My reasoning.....

Want the hood?

Great.... get the blower.

Got the blower?

Well now all that power needs to handle good too.

So lower. 2/2.

Nice & clean.

Totally takes away from the looks of that truck. Supercharger or not. Looks absolutely horrible.
