I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. I installed electric fans with the original harness and connected the two pins to the PCM, green cable, blue connector 42 and the blue one. I installed it in the red/green connector 33. They made me an HP tuner, everything worked fine, but when I turn on the ac on the truck and it's cold, the electric fans don't come on until the truck heats up. What could it be or what do I need to do?

I have a 2002, so my setup is different from yours. IIRC, many are downloading the 2005 Silverado stock (base) tune to see what the factory fan settings are. My recommendation is to only view that data, and compare to what you have and make changes there, until others with specific knowledge chime in.
