Door Lock Sylinder

My key will not fit into the door lock sylinder. I suspect the previous owner never used or oiled these two locks.
I have tried to oil them, with no luck.
Do I have to replace both locks? I am thinking about getting them from eBay.
Will I also have to replace the ignition lock sylinder? So I am able to use the one and same key.

You can get local locksmith to make them use the same key
