Hey guys I've done my LED swap now for a few years,
60w XB-D cree DRL
80w XB-D cree fogs [formerly VLeds,but yanked em out]
Switchback conversion (type 2)
Lately I've been having a issue with DRL slightly flickering in perfect unison when use with the fogs lights which is also wired to turn on the 'on' side of the switchbacks. Im not sure if its the bulbs. I know Pulse Width Modulation doesnt play well with some LEDs. Do our trucks use this for DRL? I know previous GMT800 were plagued with PWM on DRL. Think about rewiring them with a relay/new ground. Any ideas?
