Hi Folks,

Does anyone know how (or if) there is a way to recalibrate the needles if you pull them off the instrument cluster? I am doing some modifications to the cluster that requires that I remove the needles...

Thanks for any tips!

Best is to mark them on the face with tape and a pen. If you're changing the face, you can do your best to copy your marks onto the new one.

Also , when you turn the key on and off the gauges go to zero. You can use this as a calibrating point.

Thanks so much! As crazy as it sounds, I am adapting and modifying these to go into the dash of a 1956 Chevy Pickup cluster. Hopefully it doesn't turn into a cluster foxtrot!
