no that pic is of a 2/3 kit with keys and coils, and factory shocks (and some small ass tires lol). Click on this link to see what it looked like with these coils. (and a larger tire!)

As for what all you need, that can vary. You can save alot of money and just do keys in the front like i did for a while. I eventually bought spindles because they ride 10 times better. for the rear, you will get mixed opinions on. i just ran a shorter shock 20.5"s fron Tony aka norcallss and coils. I eventually added a rear trailing arm kit, IMO didnt help much. Depending on wheel and tire size, you can run into rubbing issues. In that case the Spohn adjustable kit would help. I had my own fabbed and it saved me a lot of money.
