Broken or user error? 2025 Z71Tahoe. I know where the +- dimmer is for the panel. Mine doesn't seem to work. No matter whether I push the buttons several times or hold them down, nothing changes. Its on full bright...which is tough at night. I've looked at the owners manual, on-line, a view YouTubes, and I can't find any secret step or set up I'm missing. Any clues what I'm doing wrong or trip to the dealer?
Something strange happened with it this morning which reminded me to ask about it. Three days ago I had a long night drive and kept trying to dim the panel. No luck. This morning when I got in, the panel was completely dark. I couldn't see anything. I hit the + button and it came up. It happened twice more today after turning off the vehicle. Now it's on bright again and the +- has no effect at all.
