Hi All,

New to the Forum. I ordered a 2015 Yukon Denali, Iridium Grey, 22" SEW Wheels (5 Spoke), Open Road Pkg. Pics to follow. Have followed it through all the production stages and its currently at 4300. According to the Dealer, it arrived at the rail yard a week ago (12/29), but has not been delivered as of yet. The yard is 1.5hrs away. On Monday the Dealer had 3 Yukons, today they have 13....
Is this typical? Anyone know the process once it hits a rail yard? Are the cars randomly transported, transported as they arrive?

Unfortunately, this is a pretty typical occurrence. Basically it seems like the rail yard will wait until they have enough vehicles to fill a truck headed to your dealer before sending anything. My Yukon showed up a day after landing at the rail yard... on the same truck as a Corvette that had been sitting at the rail yard for several weeks. I got lucky, the guy who ordered the Corvette, not so much.

Good Luck!
