Convert the stock radio aux to headphone jack?

I have the stock cassette head unit with the single CD player below the ac controls. To play the CD player you have to press the aux button. Can I hardwire a headphone jack into that aux input instead?

Yeah that PAC adapter will work fine.

One thing to know is that there has to be a CD in the CD player for it to work. So if your CD player is broken the adapter won't work either.
