This problem has been getting more noticeable recently but my drivers seat is starting to click when I pull away from a light.
Is this the track or the seat that needs adjustment?

Obviously there is a little play in the seat or some wear in the seat track but any advise would be appreciated

I have the same damn problem....mine busted from 1st to 2nd gear after I had my 700hp+ tranny built. 1st to 2nd literally knocks your ass backwards in the truck..

Mine seems to be coming from just below my left hip on the backrest. I'll know more when I swap the leather out soon and fix it....and try to remember this thread.

Yeah mine is a lot more subtle than yours but it's an annoying click and has been getting more noticeable.

So just back from the dealer who is ordering me a new instrument gauge (Recall item) and had him look at the clicking seat.
Mechanic said he couldnt find anything wrong with it but if there was a fault it is probably with the track which would need to be fully replaces at a cost of over $600

So I guess I'll live with the click for now
