I see the Chrome Mesh ones everywhere and I like them, I have not seen any Billet's on a Tahoe. What are you guys opinions on these grilles? I'm looking to buy soon, just cant make up my mind. Any reason why no one has the Billet?

Since I have seen and know what the Mesh Grille looks like on a black tahoe, does anyone have a picture of the billet on a black tahoe? Not an aftermarket billet, the oem gm one.

I'm sure it's a personal preference thing ... you just don't see that many 07+ billets on Tahoes, a little more common on Yukons.

Btw, the mesh grilles although shinyish, are usually stainless steel.

Really??? So is it hard to keep them shiny?

In all unbiased opinions I like both actually. If you look through Soulsea's gallery he's got mesh on his and it looks GREAT! DTAILS is also one with a mesh grill and it looks good too. So if you get a kit similar to theirs you can't go wrong IMO if you decide to go mesh.

I saw DEFINITELY get a GrillCraft grill. By far the cleanest aftermarket grills i've seen for the Tahoe. If I didn't already have the LTZ factory grill i'd def go with GC.

I am in the same boat. i like the mesh as well but never have had them, the only billet grilles i can find on ebay are overlay's, and i don't really care for those. are the grill craft mesh grilles overlay?

Thanks C,

For your truck this is the part: http://www.grillcraft.com/applications/2010_Chevrolet_Tahoe.aspx/3/518/
You can find them cheaper from other vendors.

The bowtie is AMI All Sales part number 96293K for the front and 96108K front/rear.

If you got both the upper and lower grillcraft grilles your truck would look like this:
