CEL... After Headlight swap

Self inflicted wound...thought I would check my work after swapping the headlight bulbs....but accidentally started it while the air cleaner box out and I believe the mass airflow sensor was disconnected...now CEL light is on. Will it go away on it's own?

Suggestions other than a dealer reaming?

short answer is "maybe" after XX amount of restarts and passing self test's, any el cheapo obd scanner will clear it otherwise.

I'd just hook everything back up and then disconnect the battery for a bit. Should clear once reconnected. I get this every time I pull off the intake hose and spray the valve cleaner in to the TB.
