Hey guys,i just got myself a 04 Yukon and the CD slot isn't taking any Cd's. Is there a easy fix for this or should I just invest in a aftermarket radio?

My cd player does the same thing. After I start the truck, the "cd" icon on the radio is flashing. After a couple min. the icon goes away if I press the load button. It almost acts as if there was a cd loaded, but when I press the unload button, the display shows no cd present. Looks like I'm in the same boat as you.

Eh then it probably called it quits. You replace with another factory one for pretty cheap

Thanks for all your help. I am gonna see if i can work something out with the used car dealership i got the car from to see if we can go 50/50. If not,ill probably just get a aftermarket console. Thanks for all your help everyone!
