Hi everyone, glad to be here.
Just brought my USA Imported 2017 Tahoe Premier.

I am trying to connect my iPhone to start using the Apple CarPlay.
The USB ports by the front side (next to cup holder compartment) aren’t working. Not even charging. No data, no power.
While other USB ports are able to deliver power only. But no data.
Even then one behind the screen is also dead.

I have checked all the fuses, both boxes were fine. So! What would that be? The whole hub is dead?
Is it easy to be replaced? Where may I find it online?

Thanks ahead for the replies

I have a 2016, that usb port doesn’t work on mine either I took it apart worked for a day then quit.
You can get a new one on Amazon about 70 bucks. There is a usb port in the center console that works with the car play also try that. I didn’t bother fixing mine I just use Bluetooth to stream music. Apple car play is overrated anyway IMO

Thanks for the reply. But the ones by the center console are only for charging, no data.
