Captains chairs folding issues

Just got my 2024 Tahoe LT. I have the captains chairs and have been loving them so far, until today when I tried to fold them up towards the front seats. Seems like the cable to the lever is either caught or loose.

Has anyone run into this issue?

No. I have a 2024 Tahoe Premier 4WD.

They're BOTH not folding forward? If so, what is actually happening/not happening when you try?
