Can anyone confirm that these are correct tie rod ends

I purchased and installed these on my 2002 Yukon Denali, but they didn't seem to fit quite the same as the old ones, and now I have a squeaky front end, not sure if due to these. Was hoping someone could tell me if these are correct for my vehicle? Thank you!!!
