yea sure man no problem..i had to find them the hard way jaja but if you take of the grille assembly there are four bolts right under the bumper cap two more lower the the others..there is also two others under the corner lights these are alittle more tricky and the last two are on the far edges of the bumper right infront of the tires..the part where you have to cut once you remove the bumper it will become ovious..also not to sure on this but i believe these will need to be removed also because i dont think there is a way to lower these..they come of with that bolt you see there..it will eliminate four bolts but the main 4 will still be used to put the bumper back on..hope this helps a bit..also post pics of your progress man..id like to see how other rides also come along with the hd clip

Now paint it! The whole front end, looks ten times better.

thanks man i love the change of the HD hood..this weekend if all goes well the hood will get painted along with the grille..the bumper will have to wait a couple weeks but also will be color matched..once hood and grille are painted i will cut the brackets and lower the bumper to install everything

to do the HD conversion you will need 4 pieces..an HD hood, grille, and the upper bumper cap and the chevy bowtie for the grille..now for the grille to fit right you will need to cut the bumper mounts and lower then i believe an inch and a half and weld the mounts back on..replace the bumper cap and put the bumper back on, now the bumper will sit at the right height, after that simply directly replace the grille and bolt on the hood..hardest part id say would be removing the stock bumper cap and relocating the bumper mounts

Looks good. Can't wait to see it finished. I'm slowly on my way to doing this mod also, I'm just a little hesitant about dropping the bumper.

Do you have part numbers? I am looking at doing this but haven't found any specific part numbers for everything. And it seems that somewhere I seen that you need to use the hd bumper braces.
thanks

i dont have any part numbers sorry man but autoparts warehouse ebay amazon OEM and certifit carry all the parts. ive heard of that too but you would still have to cut and weld because the bumper mounts are part of the chasis
