Im really interested in this,but would this tune up be worth it if everything on my tahoe is completly bone stock engine wise.A little input would be appreciated.I'm really lost when it comes to this.

Yes, yes, & hell yes. If anything you'll get a smoother & stronger running truck. It really is night and day, but the performance would depend on what type of octane tune you get.
