I just installed the big 3. My voltage is definintely raised but it fluxuates. Between 14.4-15.0 or around that. Is this normal or is something wrong?

I didn't really notice any significant increase in charge when I did mine, but definitely smother engine idle, and better radio reception.

might want to have your battery tested, my experience with the nbs's is when the voltage starts wiggling then the battery is getting weak, but aside from that just double check that you didn't leave a ground loose somewhere namely on the battery terminal.

Does nbs has the clam on negative that controls alternator output?

that's weird thought they didn't start that till 07

I thought that too before, but noticed my truck deciding on its own to flip between 12+ and 14.5ish on its own. I asked about it and remember getting the answer that I had it. I think from James. Now you got me guessing again. Lol. I'll have to look.
