BIG 3 Am I really asking this

I have done the BIG 3 several times and totally understand the idea. I have never seen a fuseable link like on my 08 Avalanche.

Do I run 0g to the Batt + to fuseable link and then to the alt? Or Batt + directly to alt?

Necessary to run from fuseable link to the fuse box?

I dont think it is nessarry to use the fusable link, Im sure the fuse is just a precaution from GM. I upgraded mine wire and I have it direct from batt to alt.

I wouldn't use the factory fuse since its only 150 amps and if you're using 0ga you would be fusing at half the rating of the wire. I skipped the factory fuse and just fuse my 0ga with a 300 amp fuse at the batt, but i've seen numerous people not fuse at all, I'm just not a big fan of no safety measures.
