BF Goodrich tires

How good offroad are the BFG all terrains? I know they wont do as good as my cooper SST's, but would they be much better than nitto terra grappler??

I personally would get the Nitto's. BFG's are overrated. Don't get me wrong, they are not bad tires at all. And have been proven as good tires for years, but there are better options out there within the last few years for tires. Toyo and Nitto tires are 2 of the "better" brands IMO

Falken Wildpeak AT's at fraction of the cost, but excellent grip and awesome looking tire!

The BFG's are excellent tires and they seem to last what feels like forever. BUT, they are very expensive as stated above.

Nitto is a great tire and at a great price. Ive had Nitto, BFG's and now running TOYO M/T's.

That being said, when my Toyos run out. Im going back to Nitto

I've run both and I honestly think they are about equal. Only difference is the BFG AT's cost a lot more.

I had BFGs years ago and hated them. I have a set now on the burban and I like them so far. They are soft and weart fast on a heavy truck, they suck in mud. I like them on the street so far, winter is coming so we'll see then how they do.

I also agree with the Falken tires, almost bought a set but I got the BFG for about the same price and couldn't say no.

The BFG look skinny to me also.
