Best west coast dealers with Allocation to place order for Yukon XL or Suburban?

Hi Folks, I’m new here. Need help! I’ve placed an order with California dealer on 12/06/21 for 2022 LT Suburban Diesel and till now GM hasn’t accepted my order yet. Is this normal? I don’t think I should be waiting anymore. Im willing to place an order from other state if I can get the car in 2 months or less. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
