Getting an intermittent backfire and sputter in my truck lately and it won’t be able to accelerate for about 10 seconds then it clears up and everything is fine. Happens about once a week or so. It threw a code once and I believe it said something like fuel pump low voltage or something of that nature

I had the pump replaced a few months ago by a shop I am thinking they didn’t do something right. Is there a ground wire or something else I can check that maybe wasn’t done right ?

probably the throttle body, that doesn't mean run out and buy one it's just your likely suspect throttle body, throttle body harness.
try getting a new air filter and clean the maf and throttle body. check and clean the battery terminals.
next time a code pops up write it down
