I have had this on the truck '24 Denali/Yukon Duramax for over a year and 10,000+ miles. It is the best investment I have made to delete the auto stop/start feature... not one issue and I forgot that I had it until I read this thread!

Another AutoStop Disabler user here - installed ours immediately after purchasing our AT4 new. Install was fairly easy, and pictures helped with the trim panel removal. So glad we never have to hit the button again!

Anyone have any rattles after taking those dash panels off and putting them back on?

Put one in our 23 Tahoe right after getting it home from the dealer and no rattles. I did tie wrap it to something so it wouldn't rattle.

I guess I’m more worried about messing with the vehicle panels themselves. But, seems like everyone is pleased with it and no install issues.

Yes sir - mine's been in my 2021 Yukon Denali 6.2L for 2 years with no issue, no rattling. I think I ziptied it? but not sure. Love it.

I tow a lot and wish I could as easily stop these un-commanded breaking events at 65mph because the senors/software is DUMB. For example, this week was passing a semi-truck on a curve on a 2-lane interstate with high retaining wall close to the edge of the road... so I was sandwiched between truck and retaining wall. The rig decided to do a series of un-commanded auto-braking taps - presumably because the front camera was 'kind of' pointing at the retaining wall? which engaged the rig + trailer brakes, jerking everything. Scares me / unexpected / completely unnecessary. Dense traffic behind me probably didn't like the brake-lights 3 x times either.

Technology that's only 98% is just not good enough to take my control away in my opinion. Fortunately the auto-stop eliminator actually works 100% in my case.

I was dead set on getting of autostop, but I was slow to do it and now have learned to live with it. It does not cut in that often even though I drive a lot in traffic congestion. It gets better once it "learns" your driving style and regen runs less often.

NW99 SS - love your Camaro. Those are great cars. Had a 98 Z28 convertible, manual, blue, white top, chrome wheels, stock.

Still happy we added the autostop, never have to think of it, and never have to worry about the turbo sitting at max temp at a stoplight with no oil flow.

Thanks - I'm a big 4th gen guy, have owned my 99 since it had 3200kms when I bought it in the summer of 2000. Manual is the only way to go! Probably the best value analogue car you can experience, currently have a second one that is a bit older, 94 Z28 with a Golen 383, built T56, suspension, brakes, etc all done.
