Hi everyone- I am new to this forum just having bought my first Tahoe yesterday. (2011 LT in red with 22' rims and only 15,000 miles!)
It does not have navigation or a back up camera so I plan to install aftermarket, specifically I am targeting the Alpine iXL-007 primarily because has the new Apple Carplay software but also is back-up camera ready.
I've read that the Tahoe is a DIN 1.5 whereas the Alpine is a DIN 2.
I am not seeking a factory seamless fit, but I don't want a box protruding 4 inches either. I was wondering if anyone on here has installed something similar. I've also considered the Pioneer AVIC-5000NEX
