AP8 Remote Start Activation and Diablo Tune

Ok some back story.
I bought my 2007 Tahoe with AFM failure. I mechanically deleted the AFM with a standard cam and lifers, etc, and used a Diablo InTune to shut off the AFM in the PCM.

I just purchased myself the GM Remote Start kit, and my Tahoe does have the AP8 Remote Start Prep RPO code.

My question is, when I take it to the dealer to have the Remote Start activated, will they need to reflash the PCM? If they do, and the Diablo tune is overwritten, the truck will go all nutty, and I am afraid I'll not be able to run the tune again.

They should not need to reflash the ECM, as the software is the same for those with and without remote start. They will need to flash the BCM, Driver's Door module or some other similar computer.
