Anyone running Eibach Pro-Truck Stage 1 ?

Hi I’m interested in knowing if anyone has experience with this lift. Comes with front / rear shocks / springs. Supposed to add 2.5” front and 1” rear.

I have an ‘18 Tahoe LS 4x4 currently with bilstein 5100s max setting at the front and a 0.75” daystar spacer (running both since approx 60,000kms) at rear with stock springs / shocks. At 196,000kms i’ve decided its time to replace shocks again and decided to order this kit.

I’m wondering if I can keep the 0.75 daystar spacer on the new spring for a bit of extra rear height or if I should remove it when the new parts are installed.

I have followed that kit for the ram 1500’s for a while…lots of love for it. I would say you cant go wrong with it.

Yep, I'm running it. It's valved soft like the Foxes, not hard like the Bilsteins. For the street they are very comfortable, some might even say plush. Works well for offroading, as long as you aren't going fast. After about 2 years with it I'm ready to upgrade though. I will say the zinc coating is already starting to rust after 2 years though. After spending more time in the dunes I have realized I need more travel and a bigger diameter shock body than 2.0 inches. These are 46mm pistons, and i'm rocking 35" tires, and I have a steel bumper and winch now so it has a lot of weight to control, and they can only do so much. If you are hitting big holes, or going fast offroad, I would go up to a 2.5" body or more. It really all depends on how you use your truck, I can only tell you how I use my truck.

Right on, nice to hear its been decent off road. Definitely sounds like you need an upgrade for what you're using your truck for. What are you looking at getting?

I've been running this kit for the past two months approximately, so far really enjoying it. Vehicle rides like new and coming from the bilstein 5100s on the fronts, it is a much smoother ride over railroad tracks / dips / bumps in the road. Just switched back from 275/65R18 Duratracs that I run in the winter to highway tires again, so a much lighter tire. I won't be doing much off roading aside from the odd drive out into a hay field.

I'm not sure yet, it depends if Bilstein ever gets around to making a set of 8112s for the K2 platform. Otherwise I'll look to making something custom with whoever gives me the best deal on 3.0" body shocks.
