Maybe

I'm interested (hoping it has a bit better mpg and more 3rd row leg room...somehow), but I don't know anything about a release date. :/

Im looking to order one. One dealer said no longer taking orders for 2015. Another dealer said should be be able to order in 3-4 weeks. Anyone have any more concrete info?

Based on this article from GM Authority, it doesn't seem like the changes are all that magnificent, specifically the lack of the 8 speed on the 5.3. As well, the changes that are made are more so for upper level trims.

For someone interested in a 2015 LS or Yukon, would it be worth it to hold off until MY2016?

typical not much improvements over the 2015 but still aslmost 3000 dollars more in price then the 2015
holy crap thats alotta god dam money for a GM
anyone actually pay cash for there 2015

I, too, was disappointed in the lack of an 8-speed with the 5.3. At this point, with the increase in cost for the 2016, it seems that the best reason to wait for a 2016 instead of picking up a cheaper (and possibly year-end discounted) 2015 is that they might have solved some of their quality issues. But that is just wishful thinking unless someone has some real information that they have solved these problems.
