is there a difference between the K1500 and the Tahoe? i was also wondering about the trim levels on the tahoe, LS and LT any major difference between them?
lol hell no haha the k1500 and the tahoe have the same chassis. for the most part... give or take a couple inches and the body mounts. IIRC. correct me if im wrong.
well im glad i was able to get the reg Tahoe LT with leather! i recently bought my tahoe so i seen a k1500's for sale also while shopping and couldnt tell any difference bewteen them, i just thought it was weird.
yes i know it has tahoe emblems lol
yours is a K1500 tahoe. thats the end of it lol
but the whole c1500 / k1500 is just a chassis id. it mean its the light duty frame (1/2 ton).
the 2500 is usually the HD frame (3/4 ton)
and the 3500 is the superduty frame. (1 ton),
the c/k is just 2 and 4 wheel drive. anything up from there is a commercial frames. the 4500 and 5500.
the tahoe part is just the body. they only change the body and frame mounts and some other small stuff.
