Lenses: RX-350 oem lenses custom polished clear ($50)
Bulbs: Osram Xenarc SVS D2S 4200K ($200)
Ballasts: Morimoto 5Five (50W) ($110)
Shrouds: Type K ($50)
Park/Turn signal: Osram Diadem 3457 ($20)
Side marker: Osram Diadem 194 ($10)
DRL disable (pulled fuse)
Housings: TYC oem replicas ($200)

Total hardware cost: $900 + labor $.

Why is there a blue color around the parking lights? Is the bulb blue?

It's a Sylvania 3157A. So it is amber, but has a weird/cool tint on the bulb.
