Hey everybody,

I have been a chevy guy since birth. I grew up riding around in an 84 square body burb. My first car was a thrashed 97 tahoe, which i went crazy on the custom stuff... 15 years later here i am with an 06 Denali Xl. I tow a #7,500 toy hauler regularly and plan on doing alot of customizing. Hope to learn alot from you all and

No not plasta dip !! It is hard to clean. I painted mine black and they allways look dirty.

Did you use the glossifier? It helps alot! With brake dust and that weird gold bronze brake dust effect. I just dont want the attention you gett from a fully blacked out truck... both good and bad.

I used the white plasta dip on my beater and the glossifyer. I did the grill and bug deflector. It don't look good and it's very hard to get clean.
It's good from far but far from good. Lol.

On my rims they were regular paint. They look good and clean up easy. But the down fall is they look dusty all the time.

If it's not going to be a perminat thing use something better than the plasta dip. I see how hard it is to clean the bug deflector and grill. I can for see how hard it's going to be to clean off brake dust and road grime. :imo:Just trying to help. Btw the rims look good how they are :2cents:
