I just checked that website out, where the heck did you find that lol. That's pretty awesome. Did you order the DIY one or the premade one?

This is my current setup, basically cut the bar between the stock radio and the climate controls out, trimmed above as needed:

Used the Wal-Mart install kit, Scoshe iirc, hacked it to pieces and used the side rails and some nuts to fill the gap between the radio and the dash mounts:

How it fits: I don't have any pics of it finished cause I moved soon after I did this and haven't completed the dash, but I will post as soon as I do it.

Oh and I used a junkyard dash to practice on because I didn't want to potentially ruin mine.

so the diy 2-din kit...

So, ive been reading all these threads and posts about thedetailss/95-99 Tahoe yukon burb kit but how many of you guys have purchased it and where are you guys pics and opinions about it? I know a lot of you are saying 'You can do it yourself with this and that and $30-$40" but i myself am buying one this week because I just don't trust my own craftsmanship and prefer a good start with this type of mod...here's the one I plan to get for $169...if you're using this holla back and let me know how well it turned out for you! Pardon if there's already a thread/pics of this but I didn't see any of them...

I used the same kit and it was worth it I saved money and it looks awesome when done. Just time consuming making sure you get that new piece in there just right.
