I have a 1998 tahoe trying to remove airbags I know there's a aces hole in back of steering wheel but still can't remove this is whats in back of sterrin g wheel

That hole next to the screw is the access hole. Put a small flat head screwdriver in it and move it back and forth until the clip releases. At least that's what to do on the NBS.
