On my 07 Burb, the adjustable foot pedals move for about two seconds and stop. Before I start throwing parts at it, is there anything I should be looking at? Or is this a remove and replace part?

Any chance you have a foot mat that’s binding on them? That particular feature doesn’t get talked about much because of its (knock on wood) reliability.

I've never even tried mine.

How far are they supposed to be able to move, full forward to full rearward?

How long is full forward to full rearward supposed to take?

Do they rise or sink anywhere along the path?

Nothing touching. It just stopped moving.

You say it "stopped moving". does it still move back and forth? there is very little real adjustment to the pedals. Mine only moved for a couple seconds. I don't think you can expect much movement from it.l

I was just looking at mine yesterday when I replaced the brake switch and from memory they only move 2-3 inches in the track so you be maxing out. Move them until they stop and look under at the track and see if there is more to go

If yours move two or three inches how many seconds does it take for it to move all the way in or out? Mine only move for about a second and stops.

Same here...it is quick, and just marginal movement. the change is enough for me, so I am not going to look into it further. I did expect more movement.

HMM, Mine move a few inches, it is a 2012. I had to re-adjust mine recently somehow the pedals got set high and would make my foot ache after some driving, wasn't noticeable if I was just jumping in and driving around town a little
