AC belt broke, safe to drive?

My AC belt broke tonight is the truck safe to drive without it?

The ac belt is separate from the main belt. At least it is on my Denali

It is on my Tahoe as well, just wasn't sure if it was safe. I don't want to break anything else.

if you have a trans cooler, may want to make sure the trans cooler lines are not damaged. They run right under the AC compressor belt tensioner (stupid design) there are reports of belts snapping then severing those thin aluminum lines.
