99 Yukon - Accidentally touched positive to negative

1999 Yukon installed new led headlights and led light bulbs accidentally touch postive to negative and turn signal amber lights went out only turn on when turn signal is on and dash lights went out any solution asap

That's kind of hard to read and follow which is maybe why there haven't been any replies.

Have you checked any and all related fuses?
