We offer 60 days returns and 3 year warranty. For example, if a ballast goes bad within 2 1/2 years we will ship one just need pictures of your bad ballasts and we will even cover shipping costs. Hyluxtek doesn't have this kind of ballasts we use. We offer a similar bulb as the cnlight globe type which is more expensive than theirs too. Our ballasts have a canbus system not found in any other canbus ballast in the market, try hylux on a brand new Bmw or even a 2017 ram and see what happens. Not sure where you saw the 30 day warranty, I would like to correct that if it's posted somewhere. Thank you for inquiry and I wouldn't even waste my time trying to get someone to pay 500% markup for a set of Hids or I would be selling a xentec variant for less than xentec= no power, candle like flicker, have seen them melt wires right in front of me. The product speaks on its own and hope sooner or later people realize the difference. Just like it's happening now with the led headlight craze saying its brighter/ less glaring than Hids.

I have a 2015 Tahoe. I installed 35watt hid and ran them with no problem. I decided to upgrade to 55watt, so I went on eBay and bought two 55 watt ballast. The installed with no issue and while the truck was not running I was able to turn the light switch on and the headlights worked, great! But wait, when I start it the lights come on then go off! They don't even work if I turn the switch on while it's running. So, why would they work if the tahoe is not running and won't work while it's running?? Thanks for any help with this!
I will only suggest you to buy the hids and leds from VanquishAuto they are vendors here. There is
Any customers with great reviews about their lights they have got from vanquish auto and I will not use any other light systems than the ones they provide. Amazing quality and customer service is the best one I have got in years.

First item clicked from your ebay store under 'Replacement HID Ballasts' says 30 days warranty and very clear that "Shipping Cost are Non Refundable".

Not interested in your defensive responses. Interested in what specifically makes them better?? Reading things like "Brightest lights ever" and "Best quality" is just plain silly without any explanation. From a sales standpoint you should lead me to believe you know what you're talking about.

What is the lumen and lux of your 2017 dodge ram headlight kit btw? Does your can-bus setup offer an extra ground as to not interfere with my AM/FM?

Thanks for the info

I am also interested in what makes your product different than a ddm canbus system? Here is their ddm canbus information.

Key Features: Guaranteed Error Free on 2015 Ram / Dodge Vehicles among many others. Works on domestic trucks with tuner software.

Ballasts: The DDM Plus Canbus ballast uses a stronger canbus module to address some of the "pickier" computer systems. When designing this ballast we made sure the Canbus module was strong enough to work with even the most difficult of vehicles, including the 2015 Dodge's. Each ballast is protected against RF feedback by an integrated ferrite bead before the ignitor to prevent and radio static.

Ultra HID Bulbs: Our Premium Ultra HID bulbs are quite simply the best. Modeled after the Osram CBI line of performance bulbs we've sourced quartz glass from Philips, salts from APL USA and electrodes from Plansee in Austria. On top of this we've redesigned the capsule to produce up to 20% more light than the standard Apexcone HID bulbs which are already an industry leading bulb. The quartz glass is optically clear with a UV coating to protect the headlights from UV radiation. The warm up time on the Ultra bulbs is about 20% quicker than Apexcone bulbs and will reach full brightness in 10-15 seconds.

Alignment: Manufactured in a state of the art facility using automated processes we guarantee perfect alignment of the xenon capsule for the best beam pattern possible.

Output: Up to 3400 Lumens when used on a 35W ballast and 5000 Lumens when used on a 55W ballast.

Warranty: As always our HID kits come with a lifetime warranty.

Kit Includes:
2 x DDM Plus HID Ballasts
2 x Ultra HID Bulbs
2 x Application Specific Adaptor Cables

As you can see it has a lifetime warranty, and is only $80.

Please sell me on yours based on facts. Why should I pay twice more for yours?

I can run a test for you but if I do will you take it with skepticism? It will make me buy a ddm kit to compare it side by side with our kit. That way I can put all guessing and bench talking to rest. Won't really take much effort.
Reflector lamps... check
Projector lamps... check
2 light testers... check
Vanquish Auto kit... check
Certified and calibrated lumen Meter tester... check ( can show certificate if needed)

Ddm kit... will buy tomorrow so we can check that too. What bulb type would you like me to get? We will do standard 35w as 55w is not recommended on projector applications. Again we can do their 55w vs our 35w which is even better.

I think h11 would be best, what headlight do you want me to test on?

I'm not trying to be defensive, sorry if that's how I worded it just trying to finish all these Ford custom headlights that are driving me crazy specially the 2017s. That could be an old listing as we are not really paying any attention to ebay for a while now, by the way there are 10k listings on eBay and another 10k on the way but I'm not the one messing with that. The 2017 ram kit comes with a special capacitor for the pulsing voltage besides the newest canbus device offered for the 2017 vehicles. I don't really like getting into many details about the canbus system because truly there's nothing quite like it, if you had a 200, 300, charger you would be referred to us as hidretrofitkit for example. We have mixed things up in the past making it harder for people to know us and we are trying to fix that. It certainly doesn't interfere with the radio. The ram is our main vehicle and it has been since 2011

Check this thread on the 200 pretty much same thing as the ram. You can feel their struggle... and I'm talking about trs

Is this the ddm tuning kit you are refering to? UltraCanbusHID

I just checked the ddm tuning kit you were referring about and I had no idea until I saw it, I deemed those useless a long time ago my friend. I was selling those before ddm tuning and had to pull them out. They don't even really work. Can't even compare now unless canbus is not a main concern which it isn't FOR NOW, give it some time for them to catch up more, it's already happening. That kit is like 5 years old in comparison and it's $107 waste of money right there.

If you have a ram please get the ddm tuning kit and I will send you mine for free so you can do your own comparison. I'm way past that

As long as you can tell me what the difference is between your system and DDM ultra canbus system and why yours is higher quality is what I'm looking for. They have a sale going on now with 10% off so I'd like to make a choice soon.

That system is old compared to ours. They might be having the special to clean them out after realizing it's not a good kit. Like I said before we sold that kit at some point and the canbus was not good on them, they would still flicker and were not as reliable as our current kit that we have been selling strong for the last 3 years without a single issue. If higher quality is what you want then our kit is the one you're looking to get. Exactly what I did just years ago, by the way I went through 2 more systems that were already better than that one before finally putting the current one together. That's 5 years worth of improvements.

Thanks for the willingness to put up some facts about the lighting. What i'm most interested in is product longevity and what makes your product superior on the market (specifics).

For my own education and others reading. Can you explain why customers can't run ANY HID setup using a relay on late model vehicles? I haven't learned yet why you cannot just run straight from a vehicles battery using a relay to turn on HID's. Are the late model vehicles producing an error code? I can't imagine they would disable the low voltage and cause the switch feed to the switch to be cancelled, leaving you in the dark. Please tell us what you know about this. Thanks again.

It seems like you’re getting interrogated V.A. I don’t see why you need prove yourself because a lot of us have given reviews on this forum. You know I have your HID for low beams, LED for my highs and LED for my fog lights. I also have the LED back up and tag lights. All work great ! No flickering no radio noise or anything else. I wish you would have sent me a free set! I think that’s what they were trying to do!

DO NOT BUY FROM DDM!!!!! they only sell the type A H11 bulb and they drop ship from China so it takes 2-3weeks. I had a hell of time dealing with them and then had to fight as they charged me a restocking fee and I had to ship it back on my dime when their employee (Carlos) told me what to buy over the phone.

Huge difference and you will love them! I was able to put them in by just reaching up and didn’t have to remove anything to install.
