I don't think it would be a problem, they're universal. Bought them for my 03 Hoe.

I wanted the cats, as NJ is a cat state, but the guy who did the work ssid there wasn't any room for the cats. Total bs. If I don't sell them I still may have 1 cat installed. Going catless in a catted state is a pita. I'd do it if I was you, quiets down your exhaust noise some and cuts down on the fumes. Have you lustened to my cold start video? With a cat it would be a little more quiet.

I bought them for my 03 Tahoe, they're universal high flow cats.

No, just as is should be fine. I bought them for my 03 Tahoe with a 6.0, but my mechanic tuned them out.
