2nd and 3rd row seats. How to disasemble?

How do you get the plastic off the bottom other than taking out the screws

I have had to switch out a metal seat from in a third row seat from a nnbs style and it sucked that plastic piece does come off but will never snap back on like it was. I think those are a one time put together thing. Just take your time and make sure you take the trim off the sides first
