2025 Yukon 3.0l Diesel MPG Discrepancy

Well, it's basically based on many records of recorded mileage of owners that I have read about over the years in various EcoDiesel and Duramax forums I have participated in.
There has been a general recorded consensus that their vehicle is EXCEEDING the recorded EPA # on the sticker on Diesel vehicles. I've hardly ever seen a large V8 or HD truck gasser ever exceed, let alone even come close to EPA #'s on their sticker on a regular basis....

Owning and having owned a few 3-liter diesels (eco and dura), I don't agree they usually exceed the epa numbers.

Just lifted a window sticker of an In-Transit Yukon from the internet. The fueleconomy.gov mpg on the sticker indicates 24mpg highway but the fuelenonomy.gov web site lists 26mpg highway.

Any thoughts on why the discrepancy?

Weight would be my guess
One sheet is for a Denali, the other appears to be non-Denali's

SO? Then don't agree.... But the vast majority of the owners get better than 24 mpg on the hwy which is on the sticker. I'm usually around 23 if all city driving.
I ran 450 miles last week and I was knocking on 29 at 70 MPH....

Agreed. I can get 24-25 doing 77-80mph, and with some hills too.

And the bonus: the onboard fuel economy gauge is ALWAYS accurate and less than 1% off when I hand calculate.

My F150 meanwhile is always much worse when I hand calculate.
