I don’t see a specific engine type called out on the window stickers I have seen on dealer's web sites. Where or how can the engine type or designation be confirmed?

When available, I will be wanting to confirm a new Yukon does indeed have the LZ0. Does GM or new cars in general still use a fender tag or have a build sheet tucked away somewhere?

There’s a QR code on the lower part of B-Pillar that you can see when you open the driver door. Scan it and it will show all the RPO codes.

Also, if it’s a ‘25 model year it will be the LZ0. LM2 is now discontinued with the conclusion of the ‘24 SUVs.

Top right of the window sticker usually shows the engine type.

It would not differentiate between the LM2 vs LZ0, but the LZ0 will be on the 25's

Thank you StephanPT.

Speaking of RPO codes - Is there a way to generate the codes from a build created using the on line configurator? It is quite confusing to determine exactly what gets included and/or removed when comparing different trim/option builds.

I have been using these Vehicle Order Guides to work backwards to accomplish this. It is quite tedious and uncertain in many cases where options are mutually exclusive.

The Dealer’s ordering tool does have the ability to dump RPO codes after a build, but I would rather pursue various combinations on my own.
