2025 Diesel orders opened

Admittedly, I know little about the mass production process but it seems like this is unnecessary complicated. I put my order in, and was accepted in late Feb, build was last week in March (w/sunroof in HC deluxe) and took delivery in late April. My suspicion is that the demand for 3.0s is low enough they just don’t prioritize it. With the stop sell on 6.2s that May free up time on production line.

Stop sale only applies to unsold 2024 in dealer inventory. 2025 6.2 is good to go no recall or stop sale.

Ordered - Feb 7
Accepted - around March 15
Received TPW (4/28) - March 31
Built and received VIN - Apr 30
Received Delivery ETA (5/16) - May 2
Delivered to dealer - May 14

The process was stupid (we all know this), but kudos to GM - they nailed all of the estimated dates!
