2025 air intake noise

I have about 6k miles on a 2025 AT4U, lately I’ve been noticing a loud intake noise that seems worse when engine is cold

It’s very noticeable under hard acceleration. I had a look at the air box cover and ducting and everything seems as it should be.

This seems to have started recently and is loud enough for passengers in the second row to wonder what is going on. No trouble lights or anything weird while driving.

I am currently ~3,000 miles from home and heading back soon…has anyone run into this before?

so this is unexpected…i wrote the above while I was getting an oil change…oil life was at 50%

The Noise is gone after the oil change!

so I can only assume the oil viscosity was reduced to the point the engine was turning over faster under power and making more intake noise…

It had been making more intake noise consistently over the last 3-400 miles and all cured by an oil change
