2024 Yukon xl sle tow hooks

I have a 2024 Yukon xl sle 3.0l diesel , there’s no tow hooks, I’ve asked the dealer if I can get them installed but they weren’t sure,
( someone’s on vacation and their replacement isn’t sure.)
mine doesn’t have the knockouts where the hooks should go, just 2 small squares on the drivers side.
Would I need to change panel where the hooks should be? Or is there more to it?
Or would it require a whole front nose swap?

There's much more to it. There's another thread on here on this very topic, and I don't know that the OP really came up with a viable solution.
