2022 AT4 Sunshade front area is this normal?

So my sunshade carpet was drooping due to when you retract the panel, it wasn't winding up. They replaced it but now I am questioning when it is closed, how it looks. I dont recall it ever looking like this. Might anyone please post a similar pic showing their front area when closed?

That is not normal, you shouldn’t have any kind of gap at all with it closed. I’ll try and post a pic later when I get a chance.

Service advisor said mine was proper until I took him over to a 2022 Yukon Denali on the lot.
