2021 Tahoe z71 rear end going out

I have a 2021 Z71 Tahoe the rear end making a running noise at low speed turns. We have don’t the gear flush per service bulletin it only made it louder. Any ideas before I have to get Chevy to order a rearend that they claim none instock

Well, if still under 60K, I would let them replace it...its warranty.

82500 miles. They quoted $2700 to replace. I just spent $1000 last week for water pump and belts.

That sounds more like a rear wheel bearing than a differential problem.
