2021 Tahoe tailgate chrome removal

I’m wanting to remove the chrome on the tailgate of my 21 Tahoe and replace it with the black chrome piece. The problem is, I’m not exactly sure how to get the chrome pieces off the panel without breaking all the tabs. I’d greatly appreciate any advice on how to go about this so I don’t need to pay the dealer $125 to do it!
