First, I apologize if this has been discussed already but I have been searching all day for a solution,

I have a 2020 Yukon SLT 5.3L 4x4 I purchased used a few years ago, it has 98000 miles on the dash.

A few months after purchase, it started hesitating to start (about 3 to 5 seconds before it would catch), I thought it was the battery so, I did my research and ended up purchasing a platinum AGM battery from O'reilly's, they have AC Delco parts. The hesitation did not really stop we just kind of ignored it.

A few months later we noticed a pull in the wheels so we took it to the stealership for a diagnostic, told us to only drive in 2WD in lieu of Auto and it would help, it did. Asked them about the starting thing they said it was fine and sometimes these vehicles just do that even with and AGM battery, recommended their battery but also said that it would matter.

This morning, I leave the house for about a 5 min drive, leaves it running for about 5 mins while I check the scores from yesterday. Shut her down got out went into the store for about 15 mins come out, she won't start using the push button on the dash. I use the remote start, it cranks up take her home park it..... nothing.

So after daily research I thought it could be the Starter Relay, it clicks it whines as if the fuel pump is working and nothing. Tried to jump her, nothing. I did the remote 2 button unlock with key thinking it could be the alarm, nothing.

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Just replaced the battery and locked myself out of push to start. still no action. Remote start acts like it wants to go but nothing and I put the original fuse back in

The initial hesitation to start, was this a "no crank" or "slow crank" or "crank-delayed-start?"

And now it doesn't crank at all? Do I have this right?

Help us by using more technical descriptions. "Nothing" "wouldn't catch" and "Still no action" are somewhat vague.

Sorry, I know I was all over the place, it was crank delayed start until this morning. Now it's no start. got a new Starter relay sensor and a new battery neither worked.

Add insult to injury I tried to verify that I was getting no start b/c of the alarm acting up and forced the key reprogramming so I can't try to start the car at all
