2018 Yukon second row 40 seat

My second row 40/ passenger seat backrest is stuck in the down position. It will not release with power button, cable pull or side latch. The seat will also not release from the floor latches either. I tried to look at the latch mechanism, but I can only partially move the cover to see what's going on. Maybe a spring, latch, etc has an issue, but it's hard to see what the issue may be. I've searched high and low on the internet for help, but only see a little info on much older models. When I type 2018 Yukon, I dont need info, YouTube videos on a 2002 Tahoe with seat issues. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
